About the roleWe are seeking an experienced Yii Developer to join our team at Opensoft Technologies Sdn Bhd in Putrajaya on a contract basis.
As a Yii Developer, you will play a crucial role in the development and maintenance of our cutting-edge software solutions, leveraging the powerful Yii framework to deliver high-performance, scalable applications.
What you'll be doing
Design and develop robust, scalable web applications using the Yii PHP framework
Integrate Yii-based applications with databases, APIs, and other third-party systems
Optimise the performance and reliability of Yii-powered software solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and implement features
Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure the quality of deliverables
Stay up-to-date with the latest Yii framework updates, best practices, and industry trends
What we're looking for
A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience developing web applications using the Yii PHP framework
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns
Experience integrating Yii-based applications with databases, APIs, and other third-party systems
Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git)
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail
