To plan and execute marketing strategies and deliver the marketing projects with KPIs agreed by the Management.- Managing marketing campaigns including advertising & promotion support to all Resort's business units, in terms of the marketing strategies to drive resort traffic/arrival and revenue.- To drive project management/implementation of multiple-channel digital marketing platforms for incremental revenue generation and operation efficiency.- Responsible for end-to-end marketing material production process from creative design, printing to delivery/installation.- Manages the brand, messaging & positioning online & on-the-ground.- Help develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-¬facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets- Conceptualize and execute on multichannel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging in all channels- Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establish budget guidelines, participate in events, document business processes, and provide sales support- Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads- Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly- Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets- Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments- Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration- Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies- Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics- Develop & oversee various marketing strategies & campaigns in line with the brand guidelines & story.- Devise & present ideas & strategies for promotional activities with Operations team.- Writing & proof-reading copy.- Manage the relationship with the various departments that are responsible for the development of marketing campaigns.- Stimulate dialogue & communication with guests & consumers.- Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills- Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity- Maintain and improve various social media accounts including Facebook, Instagram, Mixcloud, Youtube & Spotify as well as any others planned.- Work with website developers & content writers to ensure website visibility & functionality.**Job requirement**- Degree with a minimum of 3 years' experience or Diploma with a minimum of 5 years' experience.- Driving license is required- Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy- Willingness to travel- Established contacts in media**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentSchedule:- Monday to FridayApplication Question(s):- Willingness to travel?- How much is your expected salary?**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Marketing Manager: 3 years (preferred)License/Certification:- driving license (preferred)
