Job Title: 3D Architect/Interior Designer
Location: Melaka & KL (Hybrid)
Job Description:
Urban Acasa is looking for a skilled and experienced 3D Architect/Interior Designer with 3-5 years of experience. The successful candidate will be proficient in architectural and interior design software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and rendering tools like V-Ray, Endscape or Lumion. You will be responsible for creating detailed 3D designs, renders, technical drawings, and also supervising site execution to ensure design accuracy.
Responsibilities:
• Develop 3D models, renders, and detailed technical drawings for architecture and interior design projects.
• Collaborate with the design team to create innovative, functional designs.
• Revise designs based on client feedback and project requirements.
• Supervise and coordinate with client, contractors and site workers to ensure designs are accurately implemented.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and address any design-related issues.
• Ensure designs meet building codes, standards, and project timelines.
• Prepare presentations and reports for client meetings.
Requirements:
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in 3D architecture and interior design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and rendering software (V-Ray, Lumion, Endscape etc.).
• Strong understanding of construction and site management.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
