1. Minimum five (1) years of 3D Rigging experience for lecturer2. Minimum five (5) years of 3D Rigging experience for Senior lecturer3. Basic knowledge of rigging systems, deformation, CG rigging tools, technique, and principles4. Good understanding of the human anatomy, body movement and body mechanics5. Good understanding of the principles of animation. Must be able to think like an animator when considering how rigs will move or deform6. Basic knowledge of scripting in Python, C++ and MEL will be a plus7. Attention to details8. Good knowledge of directory structure, file formats, naming conventions and automation tools9.
