Job Responsibilities:Manage and oversee branch cash flow, expenses, and sales records.
Monitor the performance of staff in the branch.
Handle and complete daily store operation jobs.
Conduct market merchandising by analyzing promotions, pricing strategies, product displays, stock control, and inventory management.
Achieve the sales target.
Resolve customer issues.
Contribute to team efforts to accomplish goals and foster teamwork.
Handle ad-hoc tasks and related duties as assigned by the superior.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, or higher in any field.
At least one year of experience in Sales, Retail, or a relevant field is preferred.
Leadership skills with the ability to mentor the team.
Must be confident, friendly, and able to provide good customer service.
Proactive and initiative team player with the ability to achieve sales targets.
Independent, ambitious, and team-driven.
Charismatic, hardworking, with a commitment to contribute to the retail team.
Passionate and driven to grow together with the team.
Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays (alternate rest days).
Possess transport for traveling and willing to relocate if necessary.
