Job Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.Administer payroll, benefits, and employee records, ensuring timely and accurate processing.Implement and maintain HR policies in compliance with local labor laws and regulations.Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters in a professional and confidential manner.Oversee training and development programs to ensure employees are continuously upskilled.Monitor employee performance and manage the appraisal process. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an HR role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.Strong understanding of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
