Job Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the SMT production lines, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
Lead a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support for troubleshooting and maintaining SMT equipment.
Monitor production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of products while maintaining high-quality standards.
Continuously improve processes to enhance productivity and reduce defects.
Ensure compliance with company standards, industry regulations, and safety guidelines.
Work closely with the engineering and quality control teams to resolve any production issues and implement corrective actions.
Maintain and update documentation related to SMT processes, equipment maintenance, and production metrics.
Requirements: Bachelors degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in managing SMT production lines within an electronics manufacturing environment.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Proficiency in SMT equipment and processes, including reflow soldering, pick-and-place machines, and automated optical inspection (AOI).
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
