Job Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting departmentPrepare and maintain financial records and reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statementsConduct month-end and year-end close processesEnsure accuracy and completeness of financial data and recordsMonitor and analyze financial performance and provide recommendations for improvementDevelop and implement accounting policies and proceduresManage accounts payable and accounts receivable processesReconcile bank statements and other financial accountsPrepare and file tax returns and other regulatory reportsAssist with budgeting and forecasting processesCollaborate with other departments to ensure financial goals are metTrain and supervise accounting staff as needed Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or FinanceMinimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or related fieldStrong knowledge of accounting principles and regulationsExperience with accounting software and Microsoft ExcelExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
