**Job Description:**
Fraser & Neave Holdings Bhd is seeking a motivated and resilient Account Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Johor Bahru. **Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Client Communication:**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, managing daily communications and addressing inquiries or concerns.
- Foster strong, long-term relationships with clients through proactive outreach and exceptional service.
2. **Account Management:**
- Assist in the onboarding of new clients, ensuring they are thoroughly informed about our products and services.
- Conduct regular reviews of client accounts to assess satisfaction levels, identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, and recommend improvements.
- Document and maintain accurate records of all client interactions and account activity in the CRM system.
3. **Analysis and Reporting:**
- Analyze account performance metrics to provide actionable insights to both clients and internal teams.
- Prepare detailed reports for management that outline account status, trends, and areas for improvement.
4. **Collaboration:**
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure alignment on client needs and expectations.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve client issues quickly and efficiently.
- Participate in meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute new ideas for improving customer experience.
5. **Sales Support:**
- Assist the sales team with preparing account proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns targeted at existing clients and help assess their effectiveness.
6. **Training and Development:**
- Stay informed on industry trends, product updates, and best practices in account management.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
7. **Customer Feedback:**
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product and service enhancements.
- Advocate for clients by communicating their needs and preferences to relevant internal stakeholders.
**Requirements:**
- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management, customer support, or a similar role.
- **Skills:**
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong analytical abilities to assess account performance and drive discussions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software.
