**Job Description:**

Fraser & Neave Holdings Bhd is seeking a motivated and resilient Account Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Johor Bahru. As a key contributor to our customer service and account management efforts, you will play an essential role in maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving growth in our business. The ideal candidate will exhibit a passion for customer service, possess excellent analytical skills, and demonstrate a willingness to take calculated risks to foster continuous improvement and exploration.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Client Communication:**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, managing daily communications and addressing inquiries or concerns.
- Foster strong, long-term relationships with clients through proactive outreach and exceptional service.

2. **Account Management:**
- Assist in the onboarding of new clients, ensuring they are thoroughly informed about our products and services.
- Conduct regular reviews of client accounts to assess satisfaction levels, identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, and recommend improvements.
- Document and maintain accurate records of all client interactions and account activity in the CRM system.

3. **Analysis and Reporting:**
- Analyze account performance metrics to provide actionable insights to both clients and internal teams.
- Prepare detailed reports for management that outline account status, trends, and areas for improvement.

4. **Collaboration:**
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure alignment on client needs and expectations.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve client issues quickly and efficiently.
- Participate in meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute new ideas for improving customer experience.

5. **Sales Support:**
- Assist the sales team with preparing account proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Support the execution of marketing campaigns targeted at existing clients and help assess their effectiveness.

6. **Training and Development:**
- Stay informed on industry trends, product updates, and best practices in account management.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

7. **Customer Feedback:**
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product and service enhancements.
- Advocate for clients by communicating their needs and preferences to relevant internal stakeholders.

**Requirements:**

- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management, customer support, or a similar role.
- **Skills:**
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong analytical abilities to assess account performance and drive discussions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software.
- **Personality Traits:**
- Highly motivated and driven, with a strong desire to achieve and exceed goals.
- Resilient in the face of challenges, with the ability to adapt and learn from experiences.
