6463 - Product Engineer

Job Scope: Manage multiple New Product Introductions (NPI) from prototype to customer approvalCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Quality, Procurement) for new product launchesAssist to oversee technical management, including customer data package and BOM reviewProvide labor cost and NRE cost quotes to customersSupport production activities during safe launch period for new productsManage and facilitate internal and vendor technical discussionsSupervise teams to ensure compliance with customer requirementsInitiate Engineering Change Orders (ECO) and Purchase Requests (PR) for NPI and engineering projectsAssist with scale-up activities, troubleshooting, and process optimizationCoordinate with vendors for new equipment, tooling, fixtures, and jigsValidate and buy off new machines or fixturesCollaborate on customer complaints and root cause analysisConduct training for production teams on new process implementations Requirement: Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related technical fieldProven experience in project management, specifically in New Product Introduction (NPI) or similar product launch environmentsBasic technical understanding of engineering data packages, Bill of Materials (BOM), and quality documentation standards (Work Instructions, PFMEA, Control Plans)Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with vendors, internal teams, and customers
