Job Title:Finance & Admin Manager
Your responsibilities:
Responsible for the financial management of the company including budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and cash flow planning.
Prepare monthly financial reports and analyze financial performance.
Monitor and improve business development.
Ensure compliance with all local laws and regulations including tax laws and corporate policies.
Implement and maintain efficient administrative and operating processes and policies, including insurances and internal controls.
Manage HR functions, including employment management, HR reports & forecasts, and employee care.
Oversee the local operation (office and warehouse location) including health and safety, and maintain and build team spirit.
Coordinate with external tax consultants and auditors to ensure financial transparency.
Collaborate with regional and corporate management teams and other departments to ensure the long-term success of the company.
Manage all daily administration work to ensure an organized and functional office.
Manage travel bookings (hotel, flight, etc.)
and negotiations with travel agents.
Qualifications:
Diverse and well-rounded background with a mix of financial expertise, leadership expertise, and knowledge of regional business practices.
Education: Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, and administration management.
Deep understanding of financial management, budgeting, and reporting.
Leadership and management skills providing guidance and fostering a collaborative work environment.
