Accounting Support:-Assist in accounts payable and receivable processes.-Maintain financial records with accurate data entry.-Aid in reconciling bank statements and verifying financial transactions.-Support in preparing financial reports and presentations.-Monitor cash flow and maintain cash controls, including petty cash.-Ensure proper processing and recording of supplier invoices and purchase orders.-Prepare part-time payments.-Process bank deposits and update accounting records in the system and Excel.-To make sure AR is up to date. -Minimum Diploma in accounting or equivalent. -Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting and administrative roles.-Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel and Word), Cloud online systems such as Google Drive and OneDrive.-Proficiency in accounting software (Financio is an added bonus).-Strong attention to detail and accuracy.-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.-Strong organizational and time management skills.-Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.-Ability to work independently and in a team environment.-Comfortable working paperless as all our systems are online.-Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.-Having your own transport is an advantage.
