About the roleEnvac (M) Sdn Bhd, a leading environmental solutions provider, is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Account & Admin Assistant to join our team in Kuala Lumpur.
This full-time position will play a crucial role in supporting the Finance and Administrative functions of the organisation.
What you'll be doing
Maintaining accurate financial records, including processing invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations.
Assisting in preparing financial statement reports, cash flow, forecasts, and budgets.
Providing administrative support, such as handling correspondence, filing, and data entry.
Coordinating with various departments to ensure efficient information flow.
Performing other ad-hoc duties as required to support the overall operations of the company.
Assisting with audit and tax inquiries by liaising with auditors, tax authorities, and internal teams to provide accurate financial information.
What we're looking for
A Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or an equivalent qualification.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar accounting or administrative role, preferably in the Bookkeeping & Practice Accounting industry.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards and excellent organisational skills.
Proficiency in using accounting and office software, such as Sage50 and Microsoft Office.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to work across different departments and manage various tasks simultaneously.
