Account & Admin Assistant

Duties and Responsibilities



-Manage basic accounting records, including data entry and invoicing, ensure transactions are updated timely and accurately 


-Prepare quotation, proforma invoice, invoice, official receipt, delivery order, credit note and statement of account.


-Update accounts receivable (A/R) payment and ensure timely payment collections.


-Process staff claim submission.


-Maintain records of company assets and hardware.


-Perform office administration tasks including data-entry, documentation, printing and filing.


-Communicate with customers via phone or email and handle incoming calls.


-Maintain and update sales and customer records.


-Assist in preparing and submitting tender proposals.


-Arrange delivery of orders to customers and vendors.


-Handle any other ad-hoc assignments as required.

-Candidate must possess at least SPM / Diploma, or equivalent.


-Fresh graduates / Entry Level applicants are encouraged to apply.


-Possess 1-2 Years of working experience are welcome to apply.


-Able to speak, listen and write Bahasa Malaysia and English.


-Computer literate with knowledge of Autocount Accounting ; Microsoft Office or Google Workspace are advantage.


-Able to work independently and team work.


-Interpersonal Skill and Good communication skill.
