RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Air Ticket Bookings
Responsible for administering air ticket bookings, such as the purchase of the air tickets for all business travel, updating and maintaining the air ticket summary report, and submitting tax invoices with supporting documents to the manager for verification prior to submission to the accounts department. Strictly adhere to the standard operating procedures for air ticket bookings.
2. Hotel Room Bookings
Assist in handling hotel room bookings and liaise with the hotel for the necessary room rate, payment, etc. as and when the need arises.
3. Meal Arrangements
Responsible for arranging meals for trainings, EXCO meetings, board meetings, and/or any ad-hoc meetings.
4. Security Administration
Assist in handling security administration, including but not limited to liaising with the security company to carry out their daily routine job functions and clocking, verification of invoices and security logbooks, renewal of service contractors, price comparison, etc.
5. Assist the Administration Division on the following job tasks, including but not limited to:
a.Assist in handling all the related administrative tasks and the reception counter in the absence of the administration staff and receptionist.
b.Assist in handling pick-up, delivery of documents, etc. in the absence of Despatch or other administration staff as and when the need arises.
c. Assist and coordinate with the respective departments on all the meal arrangements for the company's events and meetings in the absence of the person-in-charge.

; Requirements:- EXPERIENCE / SKILLS REQUIRED:
-Minimum of 2-3 years of working experience in a related field. A fresh graduate is also encouraged to apply for this position.
-Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or an equivalent qualification.
-Team player and resourceful, with good interpersonal and communication skills.
-Possess good administrative skills, be resourceful, and be able to perform multi-tasks with minimum supervision.
-Computer literate, i.e. Microsoft Word and Excel.
-Be able to work independently with minimum supervision and be able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
