Key Responsibilities for Account: Perform data entry and bookkeeping tasks using SQL accounting software/ E-Invoicing.Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely reconcilation of accounts.Assist in preparing financial reports and documentation as needed.To prepare payment voucher, cheques, update daily bank balance.Processing of payments to local/overseas suppliers, petty cash and staff claims on a months basis. Key Responsibilities for Admin Clerk: Using SQL Accounting System.Normal office paper works.Assist daily Loading Goods.Handle data entry and handling filing systemAnswer & re-direct incoming telephone calls Office Hour:
Monday to Friday - (9.00am - 5.00pm)
Saturday - (9.00am - 1.00pm)


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
