Details of the offer

Reception Duties: Answer and direct phone calls. Take accurate messages. Greet and guide visitors, suppliers, couriers, and interviewees. Prepare conference rooms. Administrative Tasks: Handle marketing calls and emails. Manage letter/mail box. Organize, sort, and file documents. Arrange outgoing couriers (GDEX, Poslaju, etc.) for various departments. Fill up consignment notes and bookings for lab, QC, Halal, customer purchases, etc. Track courier shipments. Maintain office supplies inventory and restock as needed. Handle first aid medical kit. Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by relevant departments. Office Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the working area. Ensure strict adherence to safety guidelines. Manage pantry items (purchase and distribution).
