Responsibilities: To handle day-to-day book-keeping and account transactions.Prepare payment for supplier/contractor, staff claim & all company expenses.Updating cash book and matching of cash flow fundsEnsure accurate and timely double entries in the accounting systemMaintain proper filing of up to date accounting records / docs for audit and tax purposesTo ensure business travel arrangements are managed effectively (if any).To handle office administrative duties including answer phones, courier, collect letter, provide clerical support on daily operation, including filing, scanning, photocopying, sort mail, relay messages, compose correspondence, and do other basic tasks common to business operations.To liaise with all vendors for purchase and maintenance of company basic applicances and equipments not limit to copy machines, computers, lighting, phone, WIFI, especially those working as operational usage. To ensure the sufficiency of supply closet like company uniform, printing paper, files, folders, stationaries, pantry and toilet supply.To assist on the updating company system forms to accommodate the operational work flow.To assist director on tasks like claim submission, document / letter preparation etc.To perform any other ad-hoc tasks when required and undertake any other duties as may be prescribed by the management from time to time. Requirements : Diploma in Accounting, Finance or a related field.At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Proficient in computer skills, with knowledge of AutoCount accounting and proficiency in MS Office.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.Fresh graduate welcome to apply.
