Account And Admin Assistant (Jb)

Requirements:- Minimum SPM, LCCI higher or Diploma in Accounting with good attitude.At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in related field is required. Fresh graduate also encourage to apply.Computer literate with working knowledge of MS Office & MS Excel applications. Experience in using ACCPAC System will be an added advantage.Able to work independently under minimum supervision.Good communication skills and able to interact with all level of people. Task and Responsibilities: - - Preparing monthly accounts and reporting.
- prepare payments, amounts and ensure records are correct.
- Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals.
- Recording and filing cash/bank transactions.
- Controlling credit and chasing debt.
- Invoice processing and filing.
- Processing expense requests for the superior to approve.
- Bank reconciliation.
- Liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers.
- Updating and maintaining procedural documentation.
