Account Assistant (Ap) -Temporary October 2024 - February 2025

Job Description: Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, coding and recording Accounts Payable data, Purchasing and General Ledgers Processing & posting payment to supplier's / office expenses accurately and timely; To prepare monthly Bank & Creditor's reconciliation Updating, maintaining and filing of procedural documentation Assist in routine financial reports Perform duties tasks and any ad hoc assignment required Requirements: Possess at least a Professional Certificate/ Diploma in Accountancy/Finance or equivalent; Good understanding of basic book-keeping & accounting skills with min 1-2 yearsof working experience; Competent in accounting software (SAPB1 would be an advantage but not compulsory) & preferably with sound knowledge in Excel spreadsheet; Ability to multi-task and work to scheduled timelines; Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
