Job Summary: Coordinating and liaising with customers, agents, vendors and internal operation staffs in regards industrial project and oil & gas related moves.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Coach and develop a team Strengthen the existing talents to achieve sales objectives of the oil & gas sector. Communicate and manage the relationships within and between the branches within an entity.
Maintain up to date industry knowledge and ensuring employees are kept informed of company, industry and branch news.
Guide the team to provide value added services to Corporate Customers.
Shipment planning, costing calculation for break-bulk, oversized and air freight shipment.
Customer Relationship Management Develop a strong and diversified customer base.
Build customer loyalty and maintain existing client base. Organize and coordinate main RFQ's and replies. Gathers detailed information about accounts, identifies decision-makers, understands strategic business challenges and priorities. Ensure team prepares weekly shipment status and invoice status for customer.

Assist in overseeing and managing all operation related customer service by: Ensuring total Customer service satisfaction Respond to and handle customer queries when necessary Assist in obtaining feedback from customers and communicate to Branch Manager, Operations Manager and Sales department to enable constant improvement of customer service.
Account Management Handle customers' requests / bookings in a timely and professional manner.
Liaise with related companies, shipping lines and other forwarders to move shipment.
Work closely with Operations Department and Customs Brokerage team to organize cargo pick-ups / drop offs as instructed / requested by customer.
Ensure relevant documents are issued required authorities and companies involved in assigned shipment Ensure all vendor/shipper's inquiries are responded timely by the team.
Invoicing Ensure that all costs incurred in relation to transport is advised to operations department and accruals / estimates are as accurate as possible.
Ensure all costs are given to operations prior to or immediately after delivery / pick-up.
Ensure shipments which are on a COD basis are invoiced and monies collected prior to release of cargo.
Ensure all duties and taxes are raised on a disbursement invoice and collected prior to release of cargo Specific Activities Carrying out any other request made by their manager.
