Account Assistant Cum Admin (Part Time / Full Time)

Details of the offer

To assist & support in process all accounting work flow.Liaise with team member for ensuring proper recording of information & financial data.Verify and post details about business transactions, such as funds received and disbursed, and total accounts to ledgers and databases.Review and balance internal accounts, analyze variances, prepare reports, and monitor depreciable assets using financial software.Match, batch, and code vendor invoices.The daily accounting function including payment processing and data entry into accounting system.Prepare and interpret financial summaries and provide reports to managers on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.To perform monthly reconciliation schedules (e.g. creditors, debtors, bank accounts, inter-company reconciliation, etc)To maintain proper filing system.Ensure timely and accurate preparations of report.Assist to liaise with auditor, tax agent, company secretary & bankers for relating to accounting issues and banking facilities.Participate in month-end close activities, including preparation of journal entries, reconciliation of accounts, and sales tax computationsPrepare commission and miscellaneous claims.Multi-task and perform ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time. Includes all relevant administrative tasks. Job Requirement : Candidate possesses at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy/Finance, or equivalent qualification in Accountancy/Finance.The ability to start Immediately would be an added advantageAt least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Excellent computer skills, particularly in MS Excel and MS Word.Good interpersonal skills, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsGood command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
