Account Assistant

Requirements: Candidate must possess at least SPM/Diploma.Required skill(s): MS Excel and experience in Accounting Software (e.g. UBS accounting software).At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Ability to work independently.Energetic, initiative & willing to learn as work as a team.Able to start work immediately is an added advantage. Responsibilities: To perform and assist accounts team on general accounts task and basic accounting functions.To perform and support any other daily accounts duties from time to time.To maintain and upkeep proper filing and proper documentation.To assist and prepare monthly analysis and report.To undertake any ad-hoc task as and when required by the management.Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial informationAbility to perform various assignments at the same timeGood interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively with vendors, suppliers and clients using tact, patience and courtesyPleasant personality with a good working attitude.Interested candidates are to write-in with full resume, stating qualifications, work experience, current and expected salary, telephone contact, attached with a recent passport-size photo.
