Task & Responsibility:
We are seeking a dedicated Accounts Assistants & Operation Assistants in assisting senior in maintaining daily bookkeeping & procurement transactions.
 Accounts Assistant – 2 Vacancies
To assist Senior in daily accounting work assigned. Handle basic accounting entry in SQL system. Process receipt, claim, payment. Manage & organize files & documents. Process administrative works.  Operation Assistant – 2 Vacancies 
To assist Senior in daily work assignedTo update database in-to system. Arrange with courier for stock receiving, delivery and pickup.Prepare Invoice, Delivery Order, Credit Note, Purchase Order, Stock Requisition & related documents. Monitor and improve overall efficiency in inventory management, order fulfillment, and customer service through data analysis.Qualifications & Experience: 
 Possess minimum diploma/LCCI in Finance/Accounting/Costing or another  relevant field. 1-2 years' working experience in book-keeping and costing will be an added advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft excel will be an added advantage. Those with no experience but willing to learn are welcome to apply. Benefit:
