Account Assistant

Responsibilities : -

Ensure outlet cash sales was bank in timely and accurately into bank on the following day by outlet staffs and checking on daily outlet bank in tally with the report.Checking and ensure outlet daily sales report, promotion voucher, complimentary voucher, cash voucher and sakae dollar slip are submitted to HQ.Ensure total sales is tally with total collection (i.e. cash sales, credit card sales, vouchers and sakae dollar point).Ensuring all the figure is tally with the daily sales report and key the transaction into system.Checking and key in credit card receipt.Checking and matching with supplier and service provider on the invoices with statement and key into system.Handling supplier request on all matters relating to payment and billing.
Ensure timely and accurate recording all the invoices capture at the same month.

7) Accurate processing online payment of supplier and servicing invoices with proper supporting documents and approval procedures.
Proper scan document and send payment advice files to those relevant parties.

8) Petty cash, staff claims checking and reimbursement.

9) Ensure documentations are organized, file and up-to-date.

10) Complete tasks assigned and ensure accuracy, completeness and timeliness of the process.

11) You will perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by Superior.
