The ideal candidate will have Accounts Payable experience with a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage incoming questions from the business and vendors.Essential Duties / Responsibilities: Review and approve vendor invoices related to the cost of access for the Company's Network Services businessThis position reports to the Manager, Accounts PayableBecome the systems expert for Teoco, the Accounts Payable platform used to process the cost of access invoicesAdd general ledger coding into Teoco for invoices that come across with lines not already pre-populated with account coding informationRespond to business and vendor inquiries related to the cost of access invoicesEnsure that all invoices are received and processed through the Accounts Payable platform by working with Teoco to identify missing invoices.Assist with ad hoc projects and responsibilities as needed.
Job Requirements and Qualifications: Education: Degree in Accounting2-3 years of relevant experience in AccountingERP experience with a preference for knowledge of Oracle CloudOther Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Experience interacting with stakeholders across the business and outside of the companyDetail-oriented with demonstrated oral and written communication skillsStrong multi-tasking skills and ability to adapt to change
