Job DescriptionTo handle daily accounting functions, data entry, filing, maintain and updating of accounts records.
Enter all transaction details correctly and accurately into the system.
Preparation of payment vouchers and cheques.
Utilizing spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers, and journals.
Documenting and organizing cash transactions.
Managing credit and pursuing debt collection.
Handling invoice processing and filing.
Coordinating with third-party providers, clients, and suppliers.
Updating and preserving procedural documentation.
Provide administration support.
Assist other ad-hoc duties as required.
Job RequirementsCandidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Accounting / LCCI / ACCA.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Quick in arithmetic computation and numerical detail work with speed and accuracy.
Required skill(s): Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and QuickBooks (Accounting Software) - will be an added advantage.
Experienced in QuickBooks or any accounting software such as Autocount, UBS Accounting, or SQL.
