Job Responsibilities:
Proven bookkeeping experience.
Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles.
Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records.
Data entry skills and high attention to detail.
Proficiency in English; experience in Xero accounting software is essential.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
Willingness and ability to learn new software.
Fluency in English and a second language; multilingual preferred.
Job Requirements:
Fresh graduate or 1-2 years' working experience; those with audit experience will have an added advantage.
Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM/Diploma or Degree in Accounting/Finance.
A positive, supportive, can-do attitude.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to prioritize tasks.
Ability to organize and manage workload.
Ability to learn new skills quickly.
Passion for technology.
Reading and writing in both English and Chinese is a must.
