Job description : 



-Manage the full audit process, ensuring meticulous attention to detail in financial analysis and reporting, delivering precise and accurate audits that meet the highest standards. 


-Provide mentorship to junior and senior auditors, helping them grow their technical skills and attention to detail while driving the team's success. 


-Assist the firm in enhancing its audit methodologies and integrating best practices. 


-Build and maintain strong client relationships to provide service and address any audit or financial concerns

; Requirements:-


-Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 


-Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent are required


-Additional IT certifications on knowledge of audit technology will be an advantage


-Minimum of 4 years of audit experience, preferably within an audit firm. 


-Strong technical knowledge of auditing standards, financial reporting, and tax regulations. 


-Familiarity with audit automation tools, data analytics, and general IT solutions used in the audit field. 


-Proficient in audit software ( eg: AXP or Abot )


-Willingness to continue learning and adapting to new technologies and regulatory changes.
