Gims Saucery: Operating from Kuching, Sarawak, Gims Saucery is a distinguished sauce, seasoning, and syrup manufacturer. Committed to supplying high-quality food products to businesses, we pride ourselves on delivering professional and hospitable service.
Key Responsibilities: Manage daily accounting tasks, including accurate data entry, filing, and maintenance of accounts records.Ensure all transaction details are entered correctly and precisely into the system.Prepare payment vouchers and assist in the processing of invoices.Communicate effectively with clients and suppliers to address inquiries and resolve any issues.Provide administrative support to the finance department, assisting with tasks such as filing, scanning, and document organization.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.Work closely with other departments to resolve accounting-related discrepancies and issues promptly. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.Proficient in computer skills, with knowledge of SQL accounting and proficiency in MS Office.Fluency in English, Chinese, and/or BM.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.Excellent organizational and time management abilities.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
