Job Responsibilities:Accounts payable and receivable: Managing accounts payable and receivable.
Invoices: Preparing invoices.
Financial records: Creating or managing financial records.
Daily communications: Monitoring daily communications and answering queries.
Statutory accounts: Preparing statutory accounts.
Payments, amounts, and records: Ensuring payments, amounts, and records are correct.
Spreadsheets, ledgers, and journals: Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers, and journals.
Cash transactions: Recording and filing cash transactions.
Controlling credit and chasing debt.
Handle full set of accounts, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
Perform month-end and year-end closing processes.
Any ad hoc task as assigned by superior.

Sunday: Morning, Afternoon, Evening2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role.
Working rights required for this role.
Expected start date for role: 15 January 2025.
Expected salary: RM1,800 - RM2,000 per month.
