Job Description / Responsibilities:
Managing a diverse portfolio of accounting clients, providing service and support remotely.
Leading a team effectively.
Preparing and maintaining comprehensive and accurate full sets of accounts for our Singapore SME clients.
Preparing month-end schedules and executing precise adjusting entries.
Reviewing and preparing GST returns, ensuring compliance and minimizing risks for our clients.
Delivering monthly reporting packages to meet clients' needs.
Performing tax computations, ensuring our clients optimize their tax positions.
Managing monthly payroll processing remotely, ensuring our clients' employees are paid accurately and on time.
Using technical expertise by drafting unaudited financial statements and preparing XBRL reports with precision and accuracy.
Utilizing cloud-based software such as Xero, Talenox, Bukku, Microsoft Teams, and more, enabling efficient workflows and delivering timely results.
Taking on ad hoc or administrative duties remotely as assigned, demonstrating adaptability and commitment to the team's success.
Reporting directly to the Principal Consultant / Director in our Singapore office, benefiting from mentorship and expertise through virtual communication channels.
Educational Qualifications / Requirements:
Possess a degree in Accounting, ACCA, or equivalent, demonstrating commitment to professional growth and development.
Possess a minimum of 3 years of accounting experience.
Experience in Xero accounting software is highly regarded, enabling you to hit the ground running in a remote capacity.
Good command of spoken and written English, enabling effective communication with internal departments and external clients remotely.
Ability to speak Chinese or Japanese is an added advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a detail-oriented approach.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines, ensuring timely deliverables.
Display a self-motivated and independent mindset while also being a proactive team player, fostering collaboration and success in a remote setting.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience in leading a team, demonstrating strong communication, decision-making, and team-building skills.

Working hours: 6-day week.
