Account Assistant

Job Description To assist in general accounting duties such as preparing payment vouchers, filing, checking of claims submitted by staff, customer billing, and collection.To handle petty cashPrepare daily reportResponsible for day-to-day operational matters of account departmentEnsure proper maintenance of documentation and filingAble to coordinate with other department to complete worksAble to go bank and government office submit and collect documents.To perform any other ad-hoc assignments as and when required Requirement Candidate must possess at least SPM and aboveRequired language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin (We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.)Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office and SQL SoftwareWorking experience in related field is requiredFast learner and able to work independentlyGood attitude and passionate on work.Available to start work immediately is an advantageWorking hours: 8.00 am to 6.00 pm, Monday to Friday
