Account Assistant

Job ResponsibilitiesCreating accounts receivable documents such as quotations, sales orders, sales invoices, and cash sales.
Executing administrative tasks such as emailing, printing, filing, and running errands.
Handling correspondence with clients for transaction details.
Updating customer payments.
Reconciling daily e-wallet statements.
Chasing outstanding invoices.
Minimum Requirements- Possess own transport
- Diploma/Degree qualification will be prioritized
- Able to read & write in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- SQL accounting software knowledge is required
- E-invoicing knowledge is required
- Preferably able to speak in Mandarin & able to read in Chinese.
