Account Assistant Temporary Position October 2024 - February 2025

Job Description: To perform accounts data entry and book keeping; To handle accounts receivable records and data; Handling of filing, keep record and assuring accurate & completeness of documents filing; Assist in monthly closing; Ensure accounting records & systems are in compliance with company policies, approved accounting standards and statutory requirements Requirements: Possess at least a Certificate/ Diploma in Accountancy/Finance or equivalent; Work experience in Accounts Receivable preferred; Competent in accounting software (SAPB1 would be an advantage but not compulsory) & preferably with sound knowledge in Excel spreadsheet; Ability to multi-task and work to scheduled timelines; Accuracy and focus in carrying out duties with minimum supervision.
