Together with other digital solution partners, they have made accounting and financial reporting easier for our clients and their employees, customers, and suppliers.
About the roleHybrid - 4 days/month (Work from office)
Job DescriptionManage a portfolio of accounting clients in Singapore.
Prepare and maintain full set of accounts for Singapore SME clients.
Prepare month-end schedules and pass adjusting entries.
Analyse variances to clients.
Prepare GST returns.
Prepare monthly reporting packages for SME clients.
Operate accounting, tax and HR software such as Xero, Singtax, HREasily, PayBoy, etc.
Liaise with clients, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
Provide XERO advisor support to the team & client.
Draft financial statements.
Perform tax computations.
Perform monthly payroll.
Preparation of XBRL and basic secretarial documents, if needed.
Support team members in other tasks.
Perform any ad hoc or admin duties as assigned.
Report to Consultant / Principal Consultant in Singapore.
RequirementsDegree in Accounting, ACCA or equivalent.
Good command of English with the ability to interact well with internal departments and external clients.
Preference for Chinese speaking candidates.
Self-motivated, independent, proactive, has great initiative & a team player.
Good learning attitude.
Good project and time management skills.
Open to technology in adopting applications to perform work efficiently.
Ability to work with large data sets through software.
Preferably minimum 1 year of accounting and Xero accounting software experience.#J-18808-Ljbffr
