Account Credit Control Executive

**Responsibilities**:**Accounting Job Scopes**:- Handle full spectrum of Account's duties- Follow up on, collect and allocate payments- Carry out billing, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines- Perform account reconciliations- Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities- Research and resolve payment discrepancies- Generate aging analysis- Perform any other ad-hoc task to be assigned from time to time.**Credit Control Job Scopes**:- Perform credit control activities- Proceed order approval for goods delivery based on customers 'credit.- Analyze and assess customer account.- Proactively liaise with sales team to resolve matters- Identify potential credit risk & create awareness to sales team and management with proposal.- Prepare reminder letters on overdue accounts and propose to management- Ensure proper filing and maintenance of customers documents.- Credit limit review and appraisal for existing customer- Perform any other ad-hoc task to be assigned from time to time
