We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-orientedAccount & Admin Executiveto join our team and enhance our accounting and production operations.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare and maintain financial reports, statements, and budgets.
Reconcile accounts to ensure accurate financial records.
Monitor cash flow and assist with financial forecasting.
Coordinate year-end financial audits with external auditors.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including tax filings and audits.
Admin Management
Assist in the production process, ensuring products meet quality and timeline standards.
Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams to coordinate production schedules and delivery timelines.
Maintain production documentation and inventory tracking.
Work closely with design and procurement teams to ensure smooth operations.
Address and resolve production challenges, such as delays, quality issues, and logistical obstacles.
Reporting & Analysis
Generate and present reports on financial and production metrics.
Analyze trends to identify opportunities for efficiency and cost reduction.
Compliance & Coordination
Ensure adherence to financial regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
Facilitate collaboration across departments (Design, Marketing, Sales, Logistics) for seamless production processes.
Qualifications
Proficiency inMalay, English, and Chineseis required; knowledge of Chinese is preferred to liaise effectively with partners in China.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience, ideally in fashion retail.
Proficiency in UBS accounting software and MS Excel; familiarity with Shopify is a plus.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and production workflows.
Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
Proven problem-solving ability and keen attention to detail.
Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
