Job Responsibility
Manage the full set of accountPrepare payment vouchers, receipt of cash and billing for rental income monthlyPrepare cash flow every quarter to 6 monthsPrepare budget for 1 year, forecasting the income and expenses to be approved by the managementParticipate in yearly audit with auditorsPrepare tax filing with the tax agent and prepare tax planning to be submitted to IRBCorrespond with company secretary as and when required for resolutionManage all banking mattersPrepare monthly bank reconciliationPrepare management account monthly for management reviewDocument all incoming Memorandum Of Transfer (MOT) for lawyersMonitor car park income and expensesHandle all general administration and petty cash for the officeAdmin works when necessaryPreparation of monthly payroll and statutory payment Job Requirement
Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma, Degree in Accounting / Finance / Business Administration or equivalent.Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.Required skills: Full set of accounts, Basic computer skills, knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Word. Familiar with Million Accounting Software.Required language: English and Mandarin.Ability to work independently and as a team.Possesses responsible character and willing to learn.Display good attitude and have the ability to learn fast.
