Account Cum Hr Officer

We are looking for an Account Admin cum HR Officer to join our team and support the day-to-day activities of our company.
Responsibilities Responsible for HR and Account functions, including recruitment, staffing, payroll, reimbursement, and company virtual event.Administers programs, procedures, and guidelines to help align the workforce with the company's strategic goals.Promoting equality and company values as part of the culture of the organisation.Prepares and maintains reports that are necessary to carry out the functions of the people development department.Handle HR matters, such as Payroll, Epf, Socso, and Eis submission.Handling company's partial of accounts.Involve in day-to-day accounting operations payments, banking transactions, and other accounting and admin / HR work.Liaising with Company Secretary, tax agent, external accountant, and auditor.Admin filling paperwork.Any other ad-hoc task as when required by superior.Requirements Possess at least a Certificate in Accounting (LCCI) / Diploma or equivalent.At least 2 years of work experience in accounting/HR related.Basic knowledge of labor legislation.Self-motivated with the ability to work remotely and under high pressure.Good organizational skills and time management.Excellent written and verbal communication in both English and Chi.Ability to multitask and take initiative.Action and solution-oriented mindset, comfortable in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment.


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
