Requirements
Core SkillsAssist the Sales Manager in managing Distributors' Market Representatives to achieve sales target.
Organise and coordinate the activities of Distributors' Market Representatives to ensure satisfactory level of service to outlets.
Organise & conduct market visits / route rides for market place opportunities.
Academic QualificationsCandidate must possess at least a Diploma in Marketing/Business Studies/Administration/Management.
Experience: 3 years of working experience in sales.
IT Literacy: Microsoft Office application i.e Ms Word, Ms Power Point and Ms Excel.
Personality: Initiative, willing to learn, proactive, good team player and able to work independently.
