Responsibilities:To fully focus on the coverage/service and manage/develop assigned key accounts (national and local).
To plan and drive volume achievement.
To achieve the set sales target.
To set and maintain the Company's merchandising standard.
To lead and create strong team spirit.
To develop in-store programmes and ensure outlet execution excellence.
Requirements:Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing or equivalent.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
At least 2 years of working experience in sales/client servicing/business development/key account is required for this position, preferably from FMCG industry.
Computer literate in Microsoft Office applications i.e.
Ms Word, Ms Power Point, and Ms Excel.
Resourceful, independent with initiative.
Basic knowledge in financial principles is an added advantage.
Able to work with minimum supervision, travel, and work late hours when necessary.
