Key Responsibilities Documentation and Compliance -Prepare and process sales documents, ensuring alignment with SPA and SOP standards.

-Assist customers in submitting bank loan applications, ensuring all required documents are accurate and processed promptly to minimize delays.

Operational Support -Assist in the implementation of ERP/CRM tools and other digital solutions.
