Open Position: Account Development & Relationship Director (IT Solution Provider)   A reputable IT Solution Provider is hiring Account Development & Relationship Director to join them in the Kuala Lumpur office.
  Key responsibilities include: Identify and address customer challenges by increasing business values and solving the underlying issues Analyse business performance and develop new solutions/opportunities to align to customer's short and long-term business goals Manage the overall business P&L with direct sales forecasting activities, set performance goals and determine annual profit goal through the budget process including detailed sales, direct contribution margin and expense budgets Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the high quality of service and project deliveries to customers Good experience working within the IT Solutions Industry with exposure supporting IT-based customers Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate and present to the C-Suite stakeholders   If you are interested, please send your CV to me at for a confidential discussion.
