Account Executive (Fresh Grad Welcome)

-Responsible for preparing financial reports promptly and accurately.


-Support finance and administrative tasks on a daily basis.


-Ensure timely completion of monthly/quarterly reporting, including analytical reviews.


-Manage timely and accurate close processes for submission to Group Finance.


-Ensure compliance with accounting standards and Group policies.


-Submit all relevant documents to authorities accurately and on time.


-Prepare tax forecasts, coordinate with tax agents, and manage tax compliance matters.


-Coordinate with external auditors for annual statutory audits and ad-hoc audits.


-Collaborate with internal auditors for internal audits and implementation of action points.


-Work with bankers on banking-related issues.


-Monitor cashflow and alert on any potential concerns.


-Coordinate with operators and joint venture partners for submissions and management accounts.


-Track budget utilization by operators and joint venture partners.


-Review and ensure accuracy of financial reports from operators.


-Provide monthly PandL forecasts.


-Complete audited financial statements at the entity level.


-Assist in preparing the Annual Report, focusing on Group financial numbers.


-Contribute to the preparation of the Group annual business plan.


-Manage and support the Finance Department in achieving its goals.
