Job DescriptionPreparation of Monthly Management Report on time and accurately for management to make decisions.
Issue Debit/Credit Note timely and accurately to inter-companies.
Prepare Inter-company Reconciliation to ensure all transactions have been accounted for within the Group.
Review Bank Reconciliation to ensure it is done properly and tied to GL.
Ensure Control Amount in GL is tied to AP & AR Aging Report to ensure there is no variance.
Prepare approved Journal Entries with all the relevant supporting documents for verification purposes.
Post all journal entries to GL to ensure no omission.
Ensure meeting deadlines set by the management on financial reporting.
Prepare notes, schedules, and other reports to the Management Report for compilation of additional financial information.
Analyse and comment on the Management Report for Accountant / Finance Manager's review.
E-mail status of monthly management report to Corporate Accountant for information.
Prepare Monthly Result Estimation timely for management to forecast future performance.
Prepare Quarterly KLSE Report for consolidation and announcement purposes.
Ensure integrity issues in JDE are cleared promptly to maintain the accuracy of the financial information.
Liaise with auditor and prepare Audit Schedules and Reports for audit purposes.
Liaise with tax agent and prepare Tax Information and computation for tax purposes.
Ensure filing is done timely and properly for easy retrieval of information.
Prepare yearly budget for the following year, monitor performance and capital expenditure.
Prepare data and trending analysis for management to make decisions.
QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field.
1 - 3 years of experience in Accounting.
