Account Executive

-Handle company accounts, including day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping tasks.


-Ensure the accurate preparation of financial statements, ledgers, and tax documents.


-Manage full accounting processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.


-Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial planning reports.


-Maintain and update financial records and support internal and external audits.


-Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure financial operations run smoothly.

; Requirements:-


-Must have a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional diploma.


-A minimum of 2 years or more work experience in accounting or finance is preferred.


-Proficient in handling full-set accounting.


-Strong understanding of financial processes, including tax compliance, budgeting, and forecasting.


-Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.


-Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.


-Good proficiency in English, and Malay languages is essential for effective communication, Chinese will be a plus point.
