Account Executive

As a Finance & Accounts Executive, you play a crucial role in supporting the end to end accounting process for our Group and collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure that our books and records are reported on a timely and accurate basis.  The successful applicant will be responsible for the full set of accounts, financial reporting and other accounting related tasks. If you are detailed-oriented, love numbers and like to work behind the scenes, this is the job for you to contribute towards the success of our Group. Job Descriptions:  Responsible for full set of accounts. Prepare monthly accounting reports including P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash flow Statements etc.Responsible for monthly bank reconciliations, Ensure all documents received are checked, validated and matched accordingly and maintain proper filing of documents.Responsible for AR, AP, GL and daily accounting operations.Manage Petty Cash.Coordinate with suppliers and service provides as needed.Manage documents, records and maintain good and organised filing for data retrieval.Undertake assignments, ad-hoc tasks and related duties as assigned by Manager
 Requirements :  Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Higher Diploma, Finance/ Accounting or equivalent.At least 2-3 years of experience as an Accounts Executive or in a similar role.Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for accuracy.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills and good communication and interpersonal skills.A team player with a proactive and adaptable mindset.Proficient in written and spoken English & Chinese will be an added advantage to liaise with mandarin-speaking vendors.
