Sales Designer

Details of the offer

- Communicate with clients to understand their design needs, preferences, and budget for home interior design.
- ?Prepare accurate quotations and invoices.
- ?Follow up and meet with clients to provide expert advice and creative ideas on design concepts, layout plans, materials, colors, and products based on the clients' requirements.
- ?Create design proposals, including drawings, 2D, and 3D renderings using Coohom (kujiale), SketchUp or 3ds max, to present visual solutions to clients after a site visit for measurement.
- ?Drive sales by building strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- ?Coordinate and manage site progress with the project manager, contractors, and relevant departments to ensure seamless execution of the design plan.

; Requirements:- Preferred Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Art/ Design/ Architecture/ Interior Design or equivalent.
- ?Must be skilled in using Coohom (kujiale) software.
- ?At least one (1) year of relevant experience in the Interior Design Industry.
- ?Excellent time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- ?Strong sense of responsibility, highly energized, independent, with a pleasant personality and a good attitude.
- ?Bilingual in Mandarin and English to communicate with Mandarin-speaking counterparts. Candidates fluent in Mandarin are preferred, as the role requires dealing with HQ in China.
- ?Possess a driving license and own transport.
- ?Able to start work immediately is highly preferred.
