Account Executive

Responsibilities:Handle full or partial sets of accounts, GST and compliance matters;
Maintain and administer on accounting matters for the portfolio of clients;
Responsible for full spectrum of payroll functions in relation to the portfolio of clients (computation of payroll, CPF contribution, IR8A tax submission);
Ensure payments to vendors are processed in compliance with the client's policies and statutory requirements;
Prepare compilation financial statements according to Singapore Financial Reporting Standards;
Prepare income tax returns, liaise with and attending to enquiries from clients and Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS);
Any ad-hoc duty assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in similar role
Preferable with full sets of accounts experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and team members
Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office suite
Able to meet tight deadlines and with minimum supervision
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
